My roof, screens, gutters, doors and carport were damaged by the big spring hail storm. I was away,so didn’t begin to take action until the summer. Taylor set up the date for re-roofing and the workers finished the job quickly and neatly. His estimate, which covered all the necessary work, was within the amount of my insurance company’s check for repairs. Taylor Scott was polite, friendly, efficient, and responded quickly and thoroughly to my questions and complaints. The roofing job was neatly done, with all debris cleared away. I noticed that the cap for the furnace exhaust had not been replaced, and Taylor took care of the omission within 24 hours. When we had our first rainstorm, in October, I noticed a problem with the gutters. I telephoned Taylor, who contacted the company which had done the installation, and workmen were out fixing the problem within the week.
My daughter, in the same neighborhood, contracted a different roofing company. From her experiences and problems, I realized how fortunate I was to have chosen Statewide. If we ever need another roof, my daughter and I will both call Statewide.
